Ability Policy

I sell professionally designed images at affordable prices. To keep my prices affordable, technical support is not included. Buy within your ability. All sales are final. If you cannot use the Image you purchased, I can offer you technical assistance for an additional fee.

 

Delivery Policy

You are buying digital download items only. You will not receive a physical copy.

You will receive a link to download your purchase on the payment pay. You will also receive a download link on your order confirmation e-mail.

Digital Images

Customers buying digital images will receive a zip file containing 1 SVG file, 1 PNG file, 1 AI file, 1 EPS file, and 1 DXF file. The zip file will be available to download after purchase.

Services

Customers buying instructional services will receive a pdf. See the description of the service for more details.

Customers buying graphic services are buying blocks of time, used to create your custom image.

 

Licenses

Personal Use

All images come with a Personal Use license. Personal use designs are for your personal use only. You can use the design to make something for yourself or your home. You can also use the design to create a gift for someone else. If no money is exchanged, you are within the limits of a personal use license.

What you can do

       Use the Image to create something for yourself or your family

       Use the Image to create a gift for friends and family

       You can use the Image to make products for a non-profit organization, such as a church or softball team, as long you do not produce over 50 items total.

What you cannot do

       You cannot resale the digital file

       You cannot use the Image to create a new image

       You cannot use the Image to produce products for resale

       You cannot make over 50 items total under any circumstances. This includes products for non-profit organizations, such as a church or softball team. If you need to make more than 50 items, you must purchase a Limited License.

 

Limited License

You can purchase a Limited License for an additional cost. The Limited License grants Licensee the right to use an image to produce up to 10,000 total products for resale for profit. This agreement is not limited to one specific product line, and all products produced with this image count toward the 10,000 products.

Limitations to the Limited License (What you cannot do)

       The use of the Image to produce over 10,000 total products for resale for profit

       The resale of the digital file

       Copyrights to the Image

       Print on demand products

 

Privacy Policy

I use customer contact information for transactional purposes only. I do not retain and resale customer contact information. I do not have access to or retain payment information. I contract Shopify to handle the financial portion of the transaction.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please contact me if you believe there is an issue with the electronic file you purchased.
