License to use an Image to produce and resale up to 10,000 items.
I will email a signed contract within 24 to 48 hours after purchase.
A License is specific to one Image. The Image will be displayed on the contract.
Terms of the Agreement
Licensor grants Licensee the right to use the Image to produce up to 10,000 total products to resale for profit. This agreement is not limited to one specific product line, and all products produced with this image count toward the 10,000 products.
- LIMITATIONS TO DESCRIBED PURPOSE
Limitations include;
- The use of the Image to produce over 10,000 total products to resale for profit
- The resale of the digital file
- Copyrights to the Image
- Print on demand products
- PERIODIC PAYMENTS
There are no periodic payments associated with this agreement.
- VARIABLE PAYMENTS
There are no variable payments associated with this agreement.
